She is looking for a potter in the Asheville area that might be willing to
give a few private Raku lessons to a group that will be in the area for
about 10 days in July... looking at 2 or 3 lessons, please contact Cathy

Cindi,
You might check with Steven Forbes-deSoule who lives in Asheville. I took
his raku class at John C. Campbell Folk School. I think that he has also
taught at the Odyssey Center in Asheville. I don't have Steven's number,
but
I'm sure Odyssey could tell you how to reach him. Their number is
828-285-0210 or email at odyssey@highwaterclays.com. Good luck.

Cindi,

You may want to contact Odyssey in Asheville and ask how to contact Shay
Amber. She's a resident artist there and does lots of raku. She's also a
great teacher. If she can't I'm sure she will know of someone. Here's their
website: http://www.highwaterclays.com/odyssey/school/school.html
