my favorite story.
was walking in front of wimpy burger/piccadilly square/ london.
a kid was standing there...all leather, green hair, chains.
and right in the middle of his forehead 2 inch letters was:

F in hymer You

i walked up to him and said....`would you call me when
you have that removed...i want to hear you scream.`

he just scowled.
i laughed all the way to the `regent palace`.
tall beds, a long walk to the bathroom...but, what a
great hotel.

Another, not real, but funny story:

Older Fellow is waiting for the bus. Along comes a youngster, all slashed
leather, pins and needles in ears nose and lips, orange, blue, yellow, and
green hair, all spiked up.

Old guy just stares at the kid.

Kid says, "Wassamatter, Pop? You never did anything wild when you were
young?"

Old fellow thinks a bit and says, "Yep. Long time ago I was a sailor on
shore leave in San Francisco. Got really drunk and had sex with a huge
parrot. Thought you might be my kid."

Have a wonderful week.

Just opened an electric fire thus morning. Had a wonderful deep red and a
surprise bonus of a deep black on some tiles I'm testing. The red were
achieved with Ron and John's Raspberry glaze, tweaked with just a touch more
nickle. The black I got with Hendley's Substitute for Albany slip and 5%
cobalt oxide. Just a shade too matt for my tastes, but who knows?
