Due to an accident with a piece, another has to be prepared quickly!
It is for a wedding... any tips on drying freshly thrown pieces
extra fast?
Let's break out some secrets .... ;-))) please.
This is a mix 50/50 stoneware and porcelain ...
Also ... does porcelain dry faster or slower than regular clay ....
???

Wax any edges. That evens it out enough to do
more aggressive drying methods.

Generally, non-grogged clays seem to dry slower
than grogged clays, and fine clays more slowly
than coarse.
