Hello friends,

I just got a note from a friend at PBS about an upcoming show that sounds
useful to independend artists. They'll be discussing things like setting
prices, accessing audiences, calculating costs, revenues, etc. I thought
some of you might be interested in catching it. I've copied an excerpt of
her note below. Cheers!

"Making a Living as an Artist" the subject of PBS's nationally syndicated
program RIGHT ON THE MONEY that begins to air on April 27 is
devoted to what it takes to transfer an artistic statement into a
full-time career and manage the financial aspects of working as a fine
artist. For information about program airing dates and times, check

By your own admission here you are taking a big fat scarry step and I hope
that anything you do not understand that you hold off signing until you get
adequate advice enlightening you on any confusing detail. The reason there is
so much gobbly do gook is they have all the control .You can get what does
not please you negotiated to your needs now but not later after you sign
on
the dotted line.It could be the difference between peace of mind and a
situation out of a horror movie.
