Kaopaque is a great material to use for white casting bodies because of =
the=20
large particle sizes. Some people even add .1% blue stain (6336) to the =
slip to make it appear even whiter. =20

If you are making a clay body with tile #6 and Kaopaque, don't add ball =
clay, it only dirties the body up. Add Hectalite for plasticity =
insteed. Kaopaque has no plasticity and Tile #6 is a plastic kaolin. A =
good starting point would be:

Kaopaque 20
Tile #6 30
Flint Silica 25
G-200 Feldspar 25
Hectalite 3 ( this is a bentonite, but much cleaner)
