Fortunately, I have a Ceramic Brush Co. 5 minutes
away, that I take my items to..The lady who does
packing is a real pro..Does everything by the
book...as I used to do when I packed myself... Have
very little breakage, but I have found that SOME UPS
areas are more careless with their pkgs. than
others... Had major probs with Beaufort, S.C. until we
triple boxed items.
Never had a problem with claims...
