This workshop is in Grand Junction Colorado, May 31-June 2 by Terry
Shephard. Techniques in this workshop will include throwing and altering,
burnishing, terra sigillata, saggar firing, low-fire salt fuming, and Raku.
Participants must bring four to six cone 07 bisqued forms. Workshop fee
includes clay and firing. Fee is $220.00 For more information contact the
Art
Center 970-243-7337.
I took this workshop last year more as a way to be around other "clay
minded"
people for a few days! I am taking it this year to learn the techniques
better! I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in saggar
firings.

I have and air mattress and a futon available if someone needs a place to
stay for this workshop. It is a 45 minute drive into Grand Junction.
