The problems you are having are caused by improper placement of the
thermocouple or the red button is staying down which means you are getting
too much pressure.
Please remove the bottom section from the frame and observe the burners.
Make adjustments to the thermocouple - the tip of the thermocouple needs to
be directly in the flame of the ignition system but not touching any metal
parts.
Call Olympic again if this does not help.
