artists, especially potters, or for visiting artists. Our studio has two
spaces opening and we are looking for artists.

1. Downtown location on Superior Avenue
2. In SAFE and well-maintained building
3. Rent is approximately $200.00/ month for 400 SQ FT, plus larger shared
space
4. Co-operative in nature with a group of seven well-adjusted/diverse
artists
5. We have a well established winter Open Studio and Sale, great attendance
and sales
6. Great opportunity to make professional connections
7. Excellent light
8. Some equipment available to share
9. Some of our artists are ClayArt members, I could provide many references
