Whenever questions are raised which need a difinitive answer the =
response which is often aired is "You'll find information in Hamer and =
Hamer's Dictionary"
Well folkes, there is a companion volume to this wonderful reference =
text published by the same House and deserving of a place on your book =
shelves.
Look in "Dictionary of Glass. Materials and Techniques" by Charles Bray. =
I think the people who are asking about glass slumping will find =
guidance in this text.
Mr Bray was also an fine potter as I remember him. But that was a few =
years ago when I was a raw youth and he was lecturing at Sunderland =
Teachers College.
Best regards.=20
