With all due respect, nope.
Emperor's new clothes syndrome. People buying DVDs today are just now
realizing how poor the visual (and sound) quality of VHS is -- and it's
been this bad been since its introduction in the mid-70s, despite early
adopters statements that the quality matched professional video recording.
