Well it seems like my situation is with the kiln. My electric kiln even on
(off) and lid wide open goes to 240 degrees. For obvious reasons things blow
up. I'm going to go check the kiln tonight and see how I can make the OFF
switch work. That way - I can just turn one switch on and still keep it
under 200 as advised to me by one of the responses. Again- any further
suggestions will be soooo appreciated and thank you to all who responded.-
