wetting glaze chemicals : was : re: converting red copper oxide

If there's something that won't wet properly, try using alcohol. Denatured,
or isopropyl (rubbing). Even methyl if it's what you have handy. Make a
slurry and add it to the glaze mix a bit at a time as you blend. Less
"extraneous" material being added that can cause other problems.
100 proof vodka will also work , but make sure to test it first.....an ounce
at a time....internally. You'll also be glazed after a while.
