Someone shamed me into getting off my duff and doing what I should have
done the first time.
The issue of PMI is Winter 2001. It is the article on gas/electric
reduction. The instructions the Mel provided on ITC are more clear to me
than what I got with the product. Actually the product instructions made
perfect sense after reading Mel's piece.
