Hi All, Maybe someone can recommend a teaching studio/artist for a
friend of mine who is interested in beginning throwing.
She is brand new and has no knowledge of the craft. Thanking in advance......

You might try the community colleges in the area. Brookhaven, Cedar
Valley, Eastfield, Northlake, etc.
They have great instructors and facilities.
Contact Lisa Erich at Brookhaven, Lee Akins at Collin County Community
College, Randy Brodnax at Cedar Valley, Rafael Molina at Tarrant County
South East, Peter Besecker at Southern Methodist University.
There is also the Craft Guild or the Creative Arts Center.
Dallas is a fantastic place for clay.
