I fire in the cone 5-6 range. I have had a hard time finding glaze recipes
that are good for electric, oxidation, or gas, reduction. I want to use
the same glaze recipe for both. Thanks for any help, I'm kind of isolated
here in the forests of N.E. Conn. So happy to have found this site. Sober

Hello Sue
Your question was kind of too wide, you looked for recipes
I give you here links to about 2000 recipes
You have the tool, learn gently what each site can give you

First enter to http://art.sdsu.edu/ceramicsweb/ There is a hugh database on the
subject

Don Goodrich has a proven database. Almost every glaze I tested I liked
http://hometown.aol.com/goodrichdn/index.htm

Stephen Pilachowski made very interesting tests.
http://members.bellatlantic.net/~spilacho/

Wide rang of recipes
http://cclay.com/glazes.htm

This is our spacehttp://www.potters.org/category040.htm

You finish here and you go on here

http://www.frogpondpottery.com/
If you will ask again, about more books there are some nice ones around
