Have you recently upgraded to WinXP? I have the same scanner and use
Photo Deluxe. I had incompatibility issues with Photo Deluxe and had to
upgrade to version 4.0 to resolve it. My scanner works fine with it and
my digital camera. Seems to be quite a few things that are not
compatible with XP including some CDWriters and printer drivers. I still
don't have the CDW one resolved. In spite of it all..I really like XP.
