give impetus.
Dear Pamyan,
Olive always says that there should be sufficient to enhance the flavour =
or provide zest, but beyond that you venture into the realms where it =
may interfere with normal living. Double the dose does not necessarily =
mean you get better results in half the time
As usual, all things in moderation.
Used on of my Terra Cotta bakers yesterday to cook Marinated Shin Beef. =
Such flavours, and what a delicate texture. Melted in the mouth like =
butter.
Must make more of those before Christmas
Best regards,
Ivor

Iandol, Julie, and all,
Just a follow up:
I have known that taking vitamin B, particularly B6, at night can =
promote much more dream activity. This is to the point that I don't =
want it to happen!. Since the information about basil, I have been =
quite intrigued. The _quality_ of the dreams is apparently quite =
different. I cannot describe exactly what I mean, but they are very =
detailed and structured and not quite as random, it seems. I love basil =
and cook with dried basil in liberal amounts year-round. I use fresh =
much less often. It will be interesting to note whether or not the =
theory holds! Since I have often had periods of bizarre dreams =
throughout life, this is an intriguing, fun, new idea to work with.
I'm off to have some now....

Dear Julie Milazzo and Pammyam,
What have I started with this one!!! Great to learn that success =
came after a second helping.
For those who may have overlooked the idea, it seems as though =
the Herb Basil may contain a substance which induces dreaming. Since =
Dreaming is a process of refining and resorting thoughts of current and =
past experiences it may help to trigger ideas which can be used =
creatively.
Best regards,
Ivor Lewis. Redhill, South Australia.
