In my morbid fascination with reading obituaries in the daily paper, I =
ran across Burlon Craig's death notice recently. It was in the =
"Newsmakers" section and reads as follows:
"Craig, Burlon, 88, potter who helped revive the 200-year-old folk =
tradition of using wood-fired kilns and an alkaline glaze and whose work =
has been in the Smithsonian, on Sunday."
I'm not sure of the accuracy of the text. I think continued or =
perpetuated may have been more accurate than revived.
