Marty,
Funny you should say that about New England. I grew up in Mattapoisett, MA
and moved out here to the San Diego area in '84. ( Now I realize it's not
Northern CA) One of my first impressions was that in New England people
were relaxed into a faster pace while here in CA people were rushing to
relax. I've also found that alot of that straight lacedness is more on the
outside than the inside.
Besides Gloucester is quite an inspriational place, historically, for
artists.
(Forgive me but I love New England)
