I have been thinking about this since I read the first post. Sounds a =
great idea using open cell foam. But there may be a problem during burn =
out due to the release of nasty fumes. It may also take several months =
for the shapes to dry as well. I've got a bit of foam so I might try it =
on thin pieces to see what happens.
