Oh Leland...how too bad! I doubt you would have to worry about the cost of
shipping it back; Axner would have paid the shipping charges when I returned
my wheel, but I drove it over myself because I wanted to speak to them when
I returned it. Howard Axner was on vacation and I talked to Patrick. He was
understanding and as helpful as could be, but it has been very frustrating
and disappointing...and wasteful of time and money. Mine, the 600 model, was
not stamped 'Prototype'! But, in my instance, it certainly was not ready to
