The wheel is fixed!! Their (Axner's) tech guy (Mike)walked me through an
extremely simple adjustment to a (I'm not going to be able to spell this)
potentiometer, and the slow speed strobe/pulsing behavior is totally gone,
with no compromise of power. I am simply elated. This is a finely
engineered wheel at an extremely fair price. And very beefy too. I am so
happy. I was pretty freaked out yesterday, but hoped it was a simple
adjustment. Glad I was right!
