find your AP green distributor/ harbison walker now,
and get a bag of Mizzou castable,
yes it is a little expensive
make a mold
something simple, you are casting concrete here,
say something out of soft clay, you can throw the shapes,
you want it soft so you can pull it apart,
use this castable, it is a high alumina castable, with little to no
expansion, fire it to cone 10
the time and money you save will pay for the product.
