Dear Friends,
I'll be attending and presenting at an interesting conference in your
area in a few
weeks. I thought you might want to attend if you are involved in building an
arts center or creative community. The conference is sponsored by
the Appalachian Regional
Commission and the Tennessee Valley Authority... the title of the event is
"Winning With Business Incubation" it's for economic development leaders who
want to build all types of small business communities... I'll be
speaking about my
experience building an art center in Baltimore (Mill Centre).

The Conference will include funding and development strategies.

will attend including Tennessee Governor Don Sundquist. Space is
