I do not dispute that. But the cost of setting up a facility if you do =
not have the required kiln, to use such an expensive raw material, is =
quite high.
In comparison, the costs of the necessary tools to make things from =
sterling or fine silver is minimal and the hand tool skills are very =
easier to learn, facts which make table top jewellery an affordable =
hobby.
From descriptions of how PMC is used, the lost wax casting process seems =
much better. From what I understand, the distinction between a properly =
fired PMC article and catastrophe is just a few degrees.
Have you thrown this material on the wheel yet?
