Anyone in Ontario have a regulator that will deliver 11" of water column
for propane?

11" of water column is the standard (US) for low pressure regulators.
Assuming the Canadian standard is the same, any basic regulator should do the
trick. Volume of gas is another issue, though, and regulators come in
varikous sizes to accomidate smaller and larger burners. Check with your
local propane dealers.
