No, no, no, this is how it happened: Mel put them in the trunk of my =
car when I wasn't looking. =20
The funny thing is that people really do oooh and aaah over them until I =
laugh and say, "'Those plates are titled "Mother-in-Law Blue with Pink =
Intestine." Then they look at them in a whole different light and =
choose another plate from the cupboard.
I also explain how potters make fun of the color blue because of the =
saying, "Make it blue. It will sell." Just like the sculpture people =
talk about red..."if you don't know what color to make it, paint it =
red."
Anyway, one of those plates will be up for auction in the Clayart room =
and proceeds to Clay it Forward. I hope someone will bid on it.
