i just received this new book:
500 teapots.
i didnt have time to look at all 500 yet,
but checked several and saw many clayarters`
teapots there.
they look pretty good!
i got the book from a friend, who saw and bought
it at amazon with a very good discount,
she said.

I work at a bookstore and am allowed to check out books. I just checked out
that book and it was beautiful. Great inspiration.
I now have checked out The Art of Contemporary American Pottery by Kevin
Hluch another wonderful book.
On a book note, I want to thank Steve Branfman for his review of A Single
Shard by Linda Sue Park (a Newberry Award Winner). My first inclination was
not to read it. After all I retired after 31 years of teaching and am not o=
n
the look out for kids books to read as I was when I was teaching. But it wa=
s
a wonderful book. As a matter of fact I bought two copies to give to two
other people, a friend who is still teaching art and the person who taught
me pottery. I would recommend the book highly.
