about my pyrometer complaint 9/15

In my last post I told about my intention to return my Ultimax 2T to my
supplier (not naming them) because it was not working right. Well, this
morning I was composing an e-mail to Axner's, detailing how it performed
during Saturday's firing, when the phone rang and it was Pat, from
Axner's!!! saying he saw my post on Clayart, and wanted to hear about the
problem. I was amazed at this degree of care for customer satisfaction.

BTW, we talked about the general performance of this pyrometer, and he said
they have actually had very few complaints, after selling quite a number of
them. So I may have just gotten a bad one, but I am sure it will all work
out.
