neat website...'porn' and incidental digressive footnotes...

The 'Vatican' had for Centuries been understood to posess
the largest (one may say, 'Historical', or in time, such as
became so) collections of the 'sexually-erotic' or other of
related-similar of 'Novelty Art', Artifacts, Mechanical
devices, Images, aucoutremon, depictions and Literature...

Still 'so' I suppose...

And in surpriseing equanimity, (to have included
representations and varied depictions, anecdotal or
'Literary' excursions or incidental esoteric aucutremon as
may be,) of 'Girls' as well, I am told...

Oh! I miss my Antiquarian Book days...

(Sigh...)

Curiosity got the best of me so I visited the site. Porno
was nowhere to be
found. I guess it's all in the eye and mind of the beholder.
Reminds me of the old joke at the psychiatrist showing ink
blot tests and the
viewer saw something pornographic in each one. And the
psychiatrist said, all
you think of is sex!!! And the patient said "well, you're
the one showing me
the dirty pictures!"
On another but similar note, on a visit to Italy some years
ago, I had to buy
a tea shirt to cover my shoulders because my bare shoulders
were considered
immodest to say the least! Well, I get into the vatican and
everywhere I
looked were nude statues! I got a good laugh out of that
one!

Regards,
June Perry
