I am curious what other folks do when spraying oxides over glazes. Do you
mix with water and spray? Do you mix with gerstley borate or something else
as a medium?

Hi, Dorothy - I just mix the oxide with water. However, when I use stains
for sponge-printing or brushstroke work, I first mix the stain with a frit
(3134 or 3124), because that's what I was taught---so, I wonder if you could
also use a frit to mix with oxides, and what would the advantage (or not)
be?
