clayart is a perfect place for both buyers and vendors
to give good, open and frank results of the use of new tools.
if you are unhappy, and the tool does not perform to your
idea of what `good` is....let us know.
but, remember, this forum is for the manufacturer, vendor, designer
to openly defend the product.
we have had many cases of tools working well, and the potter
not using it properly. if that is the case, remember to admit it.
i do not like to post angry letters of `bad product` and then
find out a year later it was the fault of the potter. that is not
fair to the vendor. in the same breath, i am happy for the vendors
to reply and educate, and then take care of the problem.
respect both ends of this equation.
