I need to find out if I have a local problem or what? For the last 2 days,=
=20
every time I try to access the archives from the page=20
http://www.ceramics.org/clayart/
I get a "connection refused" message in Netscape and a "could not connect=20
to page" error with Internet Explorer. I have been on "no mail" for a=20
while and might have missed a "the site will be down" message.

getting on." -- Charles Rennie Mackintosh

I have had no luck accessing the archives to search and am on AOL and am
getting a busy reason there may be heavy traffic use or some similar
message.I was not able to get thru and have had same problem with the other
searchable archive site also.

Indeed, there must be a problem. I get the same thing.

Wes and others who have since written:
I just clicked on the URL above and got to the site with no problem. I use
Netscape. Then went back and tried it once more to be sure and the second
time I had to wait a bit. Next I went to Internet Explorer and it worked
there as well. I'm guessing there maybe something wrong at your end.

Kurt, I can get to the page and even to the dates, but you can't open up the
archives themselves. Did you open the archives?
