Er, no. Red Stripe is a Jamaican beer; specifically, an
American-style
lager ( I used to be a professional brewer). It's an OK
brew, sure beats
Lone Star into a cocked hat. It's fairly common in the
South, and it goes
particularly well with spicy food.
Incidentally, the Red Stripe people also brew Dragon Stout.
Your cocktail, on the other hand, could perhaps be called
the "Arti".
