in the states you can ask for interlibrary loan at the library, and they
can get it for you.

I knew that the book "Watercolors on Porcelain" was out of print, so I was
surprised when I found it offered by a company called "E Campus". I thought
that perhaps they had a supplier who had a limited supply of the book. In
any case, I went ahead and ordered the book and they accepted the order only
to let me know a month later that they did not have access to the book. I
just wanted you to know not to go in this direction for a copy of the book.
