All you have to do to replace the barium with strontium carbonate is just
multiply the amount of barium in the recipe by .75. In this Peeler Yellow
recipes 3/4 of the 24 barium would then be 18 grams of Strontium Carbonate,
using the 100% version of the recipe posted.
You may not get the same color substituting the strontium for the barium, but
it will definitely be a safer glaze if the rest of it is in balance.
