No, not Rosewater and Glycerine. This is a cosmetic preparation which =
might work as an after shave lotion.
Ask the pharmacist for bulk Pure Glycerine. I get it by the Litre. Cost =
me about $Au 10.00 per litre. Might be difficult to get now due to the =
political situation so be prepared to explain your reasons and sign the =
book.
