Okay everyone,
I've come into a bazillion cd's recently and want to make some throwing =
ribs out of them. There has been at least one post regarding heating =
the disc up with a hairdryer or heat gun before cutting it, but I need =
some more info. Heaven forbid I waste one of 'em experimenting on my =
own. Can one use a utility knife after heating? How about a bevel? =
Will the edge need to be softened with a bevel? Rounded?
Taylor, in Waco where it's good to work in a depository library where =
bunches of cd's are superceded every year.

Taylor,
Heat the CD with a hairdryer and cut it to shape with a pair of kitchen =
shears. Remove the burrs with some light sanding and you're done!
