Shouldn't it be 06 Bisque & 04 Fire Glaze?

NO.
With low-fire glazes, you should bisque to a
temperature HIGHER that your final glaze firing,
since some of the colorants are sensitive to
the outgassing of greenware and can lose their
color. So, you want to make sure that that's
taken care of before glazing. This isn't true
of all low-fire glazes, but the manufacturers
recommend a ^04 bisque and a ^06 glaze firing
just to be consistent across their product line.
(They can be a bit confusing with their label
wording, such as, "...^04 bisque, fire to ^06."
They DON'T mean "^04, bisque fire to ^06.")
