I am very disappointed in the man who could not listen to you when you
complained about the product. Especially as I think it was you told us the
wheel was new.
However if it IS a belt or a bearing a decent car mechanic--maybe your 14
year old nephew--should be able to figure it out. There just about is
nothing about a wheel that is totally and only wheel related. Many other
things, things in real life, have motors and belts and bearings. A man who
fixed electronic stuff fixed the electronic gismo on my Brent many years
ago. He had never seen a wheel before but knew all about electronic
whatevers.

Hi Lily,
Yes I was disappointed too, but as I said, I'll try the adjustments and see
what happens. My partner is very good with mechanics and is a problem
solver by nature, so we'll muddle thru.
In your subject line you write "where are you." Were you referring to my
geographical location? I'm in Quebec, Canada, just across the river from
Ottawa, Ontario in a small municipality called Mayo, settled in the 1800's
by some folks from Mayo, Ireland.
