There has been no shortage of religious quotes
that have pertained to potters...no objections that I recall.
Included in the passages...
>This was the religion of the common man, of the farmer,
>the potter, the weaver, the tanner, the blacksmith, and
>the forest-dweller
...so it would have half a chance to make it to your screen.
(you were responsible for the latter half.)
I think it has more to do with mythology myself.
Certainly was a beauty.. anyhow
