Life is amazing. While I am reading the posts on clayart up comes your post.
At the exact same time I am on the phone calling my buddy to ask him the
EXACT same question. What you need to do is find out the BTU requirement of
your burner. I am doing the same. The gas co. will tell you what you need
based on the BTU and the distance of the pipe from the source. Kind of like
electricity, the longer the run the heavier gauge wire you need. They will
talk in terms of water column pressure. Using this you figure the diameter
of the pipe. Keep me posted and if you wish I will do the same.
