Can someone point me to the correct place in the archives......I could swear
that there was a question recently about finding the best galleries or
studios in Naples, Florida for clay work. I tried the archives but got no
match. Maybe I was dreaming. My husband and I have wonderful friends who
are lending us their condo for a week this month. Its our first vacation
since 1994.......He is looking for rest and relaxation and fishing; I of
course am looking for sunshine and potters' and their work. You can email me

You didn't say which week in November you'd be in Naples. However, an hour
and a half drive north on #75 would bring you to Sarasota which has the
Ringling Museum and many other good destinations with galleries on Palm Ave
and Pineapple Ave too.
Of especial note will be our EMPTY BOWLS lunch on Sunday, November 17 at
Phillippi Estate Park, (very pretty site on the inland waterway), 5500
Tamiami Trail South, from 11 AM to 3 PM. This event has been organized by
the Ann Darling Pottery Studio since its inception about 8 years ago. Lots
of local potters contribute. You can find local potters through Ann Darling
and also make a reservation for the event at (941) 922-6059.
