I have no experience with the kiln, only with the company -
I'll make a long story short. I ordered and paid for my kiln in November of
2001, and received it in January - with major problems. The short of it is,
the kiln was replaced last month finally - with the wrong kiln which I've
elected to keep since I have been without a kiln for far too long.
I would NEVER recommend ordering a kiln from Olympic.
Ann -in the south west regions of Vancouver Island off the coast of British
Columbia, Canada, surrounded by evergreens, clean air, two muddy messy
dogs and two demented cats.
