Recently, due to my carelessness, I lost a piece of my Giffin Grip while
getting ready for a show.
I called the number provided on my original instructions and Brian
Giffin himself answered the phone. The part was replaced within a
couple of days - from Colorado to Stuart Florida.
I am amazed and grateful and wanted to let you all know. I LOVE my
Giffin Grip!!
