Hi Carol;

Try this version. I don't get any crazing and I do get lots of crystals.
If I cool down even slower I get tons of crystals.

Tenmoku Gold II
2.0 EPK
59.8 Cornwall Stone
6.9 Dolomite
5.4 Flint
2.9 Frit 3134
5.4 Lithium carb
9.8 Red iron oxide
7.8 Whiting

And if Cornwall Stone is hard to get or too pricy I do have a version that
does not use it. But I have not tried it yet.

Hi Marianne,
Hope you are feeling better every day. My mom always says, "One day you
will wake up and you will not feel any pain."
Thanks for the Tem Gold II. I have a very similar recipe which was the base
from which Louis Katz made some changes and posted his recipe. I tried his,
fell in love and have been fussing with it ever since. Perhaps I'll give
the original a try.
Best regards,
