Hey there,
The University of Florida where profs Linda Arbuckle (low temp vessels) and
Nan Smith (low temp fig. Sculpture) and teaching and tech. Matt Long (High
temp. mostly soda vessels) teach, has a wood kiln and a soda kiln as well as
a bunch of gas reduction and electric kilns (see my article on the program
in the May 2002 issue of CM for more details). It's a great program with
about 10 grad students.
