It was nice to read the slab throwing technique, reminded me that I had =
read it before and hadn't tried it. Just got done with a little slab =
building and threw the slabs. worked well. didn't take long to catch =
on. One thing, don't try too hard. Since throwing slabs may be =
confusing when thinking of throwing pots, I will be referring to this =
method as "Slab Slapping".. slap me silly.

the etc. part of the topic is that I recently clear glazed some ^6 =
stoneware and got crazing on the inside of the pots and cups. Used =
Axner commercial glaze. Didn't craze on the outside, thinking I may =
have gotten it on too thick? (poured the inside and brushed the outside) =
=20

One small pot was an experiment, I put a single strand of copper wire =
(about the diameter of horse hair) around the shoulder and applied clear =
glaze over it. Came out green and black.

Any thoughts on the crazing?

Thanks
Tony
