I am working on writing songs for a potters CD
Style of music: folk/alternative/easy listening
If you have any title suggestions please let me know.
Here are my song titles.
Neph sigh
Crazed over you
Slip to the loo my darlin
My clay does it good
Let me in with my potter's pin
The Cobalt Ox
Sweet Lotta Terracotta
The seduction of reduction
My slumping heart
We had a fight over dolamite
Lost my cash on soda ash
The wedgling
My dog Grog
She made me snacks from zircopax
Baby it's cold oxide
If the shoe frits
Got a pile of unsold tile
All the chicks dig my cone 6
Many of the songs will be accompanied
on my guitar "Rutile"
Warm regards
Dan Saultman

Dear Dan, our group just released our CD for potters last spring.
Here's the notice I sent to Clayart in April:
<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
Be the first on your block to get the new CD by
"Fast Freddie and the Stokers", titled "Cone 10 Bending"!!!
The selections, some originals, and some slightly modified
covers include:
"I Want to Hold Your Hand-le"
"Since She Got a Bluebird She Doesn't Knead Me Any More"
"Glaze Potion Number Nine"
"Do-Ron, Ron, Ron, Do-Ron-Roy"
(with special guests "Shauna and the Shinos")
"She Used to Pull My Handle, Then She Gave Me the Slip"
"She's Nothing But a Skutt"
"Rutile Blue Suede Shoes"
"Crazed and Confused"
"Come on Baby Light My Kiln"
and, closing out the CD, at 18 minutes, is a live version of
"Anagama-da-vida"
Looking forward to fame, drugs, and drunken brawls,
Fast Freddie,
a.k.a.

How about:
"Who let the grogs out?"
"True Velvet" dedicated to Eleanora Eden
for those still caught in the holiday rush:
"Stone Cold Crazy"
"Under Pressure"
and for promoting great sales:
"Blue Christmas"

i misplaced some clayart posters i ordered last spring and was so glad to

and yes, the clayart calendars just arrived too, (thanks lisa!)
so, it wasnt a big surprise to read about david`s cd....
and i jumped and wanted to order that cd!
i`d like to know, was i the only one fooled?
